The method comprises the steps of obtaining current rainfall intensity of a side slope and current displacement of a target monitoring point; when the current rainfall intensity is greater than target rainfall intensity, judging whether the displacement of the target monitoring point is greater than a target displacement threshold or not; and when the displacement of the target monitoring point is greater than the target displacement threshold, releasing early-warning information. Thus, through implementation of the displacement-based rainfall landslide early-warning method and device, the rainfall landslide can be early warned accurately by combining the rainfall intensity and the displacement of the target monitoring point.
