The fresh keeping control method of the refrigerating equipment comprises the following steps of: detecting the humidity in fresh keeping space by a humidity sensor arranged in a fresh keeping space; determining the type of food materials placed in the fresh keeping space according to the detected humidity; determining corresponding fresh keeping operation conditions according to the type of the food materials, wherein the fresh keeping operation conditions at least include a storage temperature range and an oxygen concentration range, corresponding to the type of the food materials; and controlling a refrigerating system and an air conditioning system to run so as to keep the temperature of the fresh keeping space within the storage temperature range and keep the oxygen concentration of the fresh keeping space within the oxygen concentration range. According to the scheme provided by the invention, the category of the food materials is determined through humidity, so that different fresh keeping operation conditions are determined according to the type of the food materials; through adjustment of the storage temperature and the oxygen concentration, the fresh keeping space meets fresh keeping demands of the food materials, and the fresh keeping effect of the food materials is improved.
