The method includes: detecting whether speed of rehabilitation exercise of an exerciser is higher than preset speed or not through a speed sensor on the vest; if yes, scanning the body of the exerciser through a scanner on the vest to determine heart position of the body; starting a collection piece in an area, corresponding to the heart position, on the vest to collect heart rate signals of the exerciser; preprocessing the heart rate signals to acquire a standard heart rate value after being preprocessed; judging whether the standard heart rate is greater than a preset heart rate value or not; if yes, judging whether first time when the standard heart rate value is continuously greater than the preset heart rate value is longer than second time or not; if yes, giving an alarm by an alarming device on the vest to prompt the exerciser to stop the rehabilitation exercise.
