Abstract

The water dispenser comprises a water kettle and an adjusting valve, wherein the adjusting valve comprises a valve body, an elastic body, a valve element and a valve seat, the elastic body, the valve element and the valve seat are arranged inside the valve body, an inlet and an outlet are formed in the valve body, and the elastic body bias compresses the valve element towards the inlet and the valve seat. When the valve element abuts against the valve seat, communication between the inlet and the outlet is blocked. When the valve element does not abut against the valve seat, the inlet and the outlet are communicated, and the inlet is connected with a water outlet of the water kettle. When a water outlet switch of the water kettle is turned off, the pressure exerted to the valve element is decreased, the valve element rapidly abuts against the valve seat under the effect of the elastic body, and accordingly water dropping of the water kettle is prevented.
