Abstract

The invention discloses a health identification system and method based on an intelligent service robot, relates to the technical field of the service robot, and solves the technical deficiencies that a method for carrying out human body constitution identification on inquiry by a natural language processing way on the basis of the intelligent service robot technology is not in the presence at present. The health identification system comprises a user identity identification module, a tongue diagnosis module, an inquiry module, an inquiry scale module and a constitution parting module, wherein the tongue diagnosis module shoots a face photo after a user sticks the tongue out through a camera, processes the face photo by an image processing method, segments a tongue part and extracts the RGB (Red, Green and Blue) color information of the tongue part to obtain a tongue image color value; and the service robot is combined with the inquiry module and the tongue diagnosis module, the robot analyzes the tongue image by vision, result statistics is carried out on the basis of the voice answering or touch selection of a tested person, and a constitution result is identified. A voice interaction way is provided for users who do not know a word for carrying out health identification, two modals including voice and touch are provided for users who know a word for carrying out health identification, and therefore, user experience is improved.
