Abstract

The invention discloses an application of resveratrol in preparing medicines for treating human immunodeficiency virus glycoprotein 120 induced neuropathic pains. Experiments prove that the resveratrol can reduce the expression of a dorsal root ganglion satellite glial cell P2X7 receptor in a rat with the glycoprotein 120 induced neuropathic pains, reduce the expression of cell inflammatory factors, namely tumor necrosis factor-[alpha] and interleukin-1[beta], increase the expression of interleukin-10, reduce the phosphorylation of extracelluar regulated protein kinase and co-expression of glial fibrillary acidic protein and the P2X7 receptor, inhibit the noxious information transmission of dorsal root ganglion, relieve nerve injury and damage and irritation caused by inflammatory materials and relieve pain behaviors in the rat with the glycoprotein 120 induced neuropathic pains; therefore, the resveratrol can be used for preparing medicines for treating human immunodeficiency virus glycoprotein 120 related neuropathic pains and human immunodeficiency virus glycoprotein 120 nerve injury related diseases.
