Abstract

The pressure plates are connected with a power mechanism. The side, where the bottom plates are located, of the rack is provided with a mounting notch matched with a full-automatic packaging machine. The ceramic fiber module extruder and the full-automatic packaging machine are mounted in a matched manner through the mounting notch. The movement processes of the pressure plates are controlled through the power mechanism so that the pressure plates can be gradually close to the bottom plates for pressing ceramic fibers, and then the pressed ceramic fibers are bundled through the full-automatic packaging machine. If the multiple ceramic fibers need to be bundled, the pressure plates and the bottom plates are released, the ceramic fibers are pushed by a certain distance, and the ceramic fibers are re-pressed and bundled at the corresponding positions after being pushed. By the adoption of the structural design, the ceramic fiber extrusion operation can be mechanized, the low efficiency of manual extrusion and packaging is avoided, and the production cost is reduced.
