The novel double-action hip joint prosthesis has the beneficial effects of being capable of solving the risk problem of dislocation of the femoral head in polythylene liner, not only being convenient to implant during operation, but also avoiding the dislocation risk of the femoral head after operation; and due to adoption of the novel double-action hip joint prosthesis, relatively good initial fixation and good long-term fixation of the femoral head in the polythylene liner are achieved, and the femoral head is convenient to install.
