Embodiment 1

[0043] This embodiment first discloses a research method of human ear biomechanics of rail vehicles, such as figure 1 shown, including:

[0044] Step S1, using MIMICS (Materialise's Interactive Medical Image Control System, a medical image control system invented by Materialize) medical 3D reconstruction technology to establish a complete 3D model of the human hearing system, which includes the external auricle, external auditory canal, and tympanic membrane , auditory ossicles and their affiliated muscles and ligaments, malleus-incus joint, incus-stapes joint, wherein the auditory ossicles include malleus, incus, and stapes.

[0045] Step S2. Import the 3D model of the human hearing system into Hypermesh for grid division, define the structural domain from the tympanic membrane to the stapes, the sound field where the outer ear is located and the middle ear cavity are fluid domains, and there is a gap between the external auditory canal and the middle ear cavity. This positi...

Abstract

The invention discloses a biomechanical research, modeling, verification and application of human ear for railway vehicles to provide thoughts and basis for the design and evaluation of noise comfort of the railway transit equipment. The verification method includes establishing a plane wave source in the external ear as the acoustic excitation and applying pure timbre of a series of different frequency and sound pressure level in the external ear. Based on the acoustic modal analysis of external ear and the domain modal analysis, the ear finite element model and the sound sensitive band of the fluid domain finite element model are obtained and the matching between the sound sensitive band and the actual sensitive band of the human auditory system is compared. And based on the acoustic solid coupling method and the mode superposition method, the tympanic membrane and the acoustic response of stapes footplate are respectively obtained, and compared with the ANSI curve. The reliability of the ear finite element model and the fluid domain finite element model are determined by combining the results of the above two comparisons.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of human ear biomechanics, in particular to a modeling and verification of a human ear biomechanical model and a research method applied to the evaluation of the comfort of the human ear caused by rail vehicle noise and the prediction of ear barotrauma. Background technique [0002] The development of my country's high-speed railway and urban rail transit equipment and breakthroughs in core technologies enable it to maintain an active dominant position in international competition and cooperation. Improving passenger comfort is one of the important topics in rail transit technology research. At present, the evaluation indicators of high-speed train interior noise quality are mostly based on the measured actual noise sound field distribution or the subjective evaluation of passengers, and there is a lack of more intuitive and in-depth evaluation methods. Contents of the invention [0003] The purpose of the...
