The pendulum rod part (210) comprises at least one first pendulum rod (211) and at least one second pendulum rod (212). The pendulum plane of the first pendulum rod (211) and the pendulum plane of the second pendulum rod (212) are parallel but not coincident. The pendulum bob part (220) comprises a large pendulum bob and a small pendulum bob. The large pendulum bob is connected with the bottom of the first pendulum rod (211) and the second pendulum rod (212). The small pendulum bob is connected with the bottom of the first pendulum rod (211) or the second pendulum rod (212). According to the invention, the large pendulum bob or the small pendulum bob is selectively arranged according to the type of a test; when the first pendulum rod (211) and the second pendulum rod (212) act at the same time, the large pendulum bob can be connected for car front and rear bumper impact tests; when the first pendulum rod (211) or the second pendulum rod (212) acts alone, the small pendulum bob can be connected for a free impact test; and different test environment requirements are met.
