A biaxial hinge comprises a biaxial hinge portion which ensures that a first hinge shaft and a second hinge shaft are rotatable in parallel via a plurality of joint members, and has a rotation controlling means which controls the rotation of the first hinge shaft and the second hinge shaft; and an actuating mechanism for actuating an operation means; the actuating mechanism comprises: a fixed cam member, a slide cam member, and a link member, wherein the first hinge shaft is rotatably inserted in and penetrates the fixed cam member; the slide cam member is opposite the fixed cam member and is assembled to the first hinge shaft and slides in the single direction in the axial direction, and the link member is arranged between the slide cam member and a first assembling plate and used for converting the slide movement of the slide cam member into the movement perpendicular to the axial direction and transferring the thus converted movement to the operation means.
