Forward primer used: TTAGCCTTTGTTTGGCAAG, reverse primer: AGAGTTTGAGAGTAAGCAT, PCR amplification conditions were pre-denaturation at 94°C for 4 minutes, followed by denaturation at 94°C for 45 seconds, annealing at 50°C for 45 seconds, and extension at 72°C for 1.5 minutes. A total of 35 cycles were performed. Extend at 72°C for 10 min. The obtained products were compared after sequencing, and the homology among the samples was maintained at more than 99%, and the obtained sequences were compared with other species online, and the homology was below 78%.
