The invention discloses a vaccine for expressing panda canine distemper virus H and F gene recombinant goat pox virus.The vaccine comprises recombinant goat pox virus vpTK-H-Eg or vpTK-F-Eg obtained by using goat pox virus as a vector to transfect and express respectively recombinant transfer vector plasma pTK-H-Eg or pTK-F-Eg of panda canine distemper virus H or F gene, wherein the recombinant goat pox virus vpTK-H-Eg comprises amino acid sequences shown as in SEQ ID NO.1, and the recombinant goat pox virus vpTK-F-Eg comprises amino acid sequences shown as in SEQ ID NO.2.The vaccine developed herein has the advantages of safety, high efficiency, low production cost and the like, and basis is laid for the prevention and treatment of canine distemper.
