Problems solved by technology

The main disadvantage of the existing warehousing technical solution is that when there are goods in the warehouse, the on-site warehousing personnel cannot judge which storage space the current product needs to be placed in for a while, and often push the goods to fill the warehouse to find a storage space, or find the nearest storage space. Arbitrary placement of the storage space will lead to a backlog of purchase orders waiting to be put into the warehouse, and the order backlog will be caused by the pickers looking for the goods in the whole warehouse when they are out of the warehouse

Abstract

A commodity warehousing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is used for managing a warehouse, the warehouse comprises a plurality of storage zones, and each storage zone comprises a plurality of storage positions. The method comprises the steps of receiving the commodity category information and the SKU codes affiliating to the commodity category information; obtaining the storage zones corresponding to the commodity category information; obtaining the SKU codes and the logistics attributes of the to-be-warehoused commodities; according to the SKU codes of the to-be-warehoused commodities, determining the storage zones; according to the logistics attributes and a storage zone strategy, calculating the recommended storage positions; selecting the storage positions from the recommended storage positions to warehouse. According to the present invention, by establishing a comparison table of the storage zones and the commodity categories, and affiliating the SKU codes to one commodity category, the situation that the SKU codes match one storage zone automatically, is realized. When the commodities are warehoused, the storage zones are positioned rapidly according to the SKU codes, thereby reducing the commodity in and out warehouse time and the labors effectively, and improving the warehouse commodity on sale timeliness and accuracy obviously. In addition, by the storage zone strategy, the storage position utilization rate of the storage zones is optimal.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the field of computer technology, in particular to a commodity storage method and a warehouse management system. Background technique [0002] In the operation of e-commerce warehouses, there are many warehouses under one park, and each warehouse is usually divided into multiple storage areas, and the storage area is divided into many storage slots, and finally the goods are allocated to a certain storage slot. When the warehouse has products that need to be put into storage, warehouse operators need to put the same product in the same storage location or adjacent storage locations as much as possible. Storage is the key to the efficient operation of the e-commerce system. If the same product is placed far away, it will take time for the pickers to pick up the order when it is out of the warehouse, and the backlog of orders will affect the customer experience, which will bring great challenges to the warehouse personnel...
