The clamping faces of the braking and clamping blocks in the two frames are opposite and provided with friction plates. The two braking and clamping blocks form a combined wedge-shaped body. The frames are provided with tension springs connected with the braking and clamping blocks in the frames to pull the braking and clamping blocks so that the back faces of the braking and clamping blocks can be attached to the inner edges of the frames.
