The invention discloses a multidimensional information monitoring-based fault prediction and diagnosis method for a servo drive system. The method comprises the following steps: (S1) building an association model of a displacement P, a speed V and a current I in an operating state of a motor; and (S2) predicting the operating state of the motor and detecting a fault through the association model. A servo control system passing through a permanent magnet synchronous motor is controlled by three closed-loops of a displacement controller, a speed controller and a current controller in series, so that the motor state can be accurately detected and controlled and the fault can be accurately predicted by multidimensional data association by combining the correlation of the displacement P, the speed V and the current I in the operating state of the motor; the fault can be predicted in advance; safe and ordered production of equipment is ensured; and the maintenance cost is reduced.
