The invention discloses an establishment method and a solving method of an optimization design model on the basis of a principle of uniform accuracy life. The establishment method is carried out according to the following steps: 1. adopting a dynamic error decomposition and traceability method to obtain a dynamic measurement system and a respective accuracy loss function of n error units; 2. according to n+1 accuracy loss extremities and n+1 accuracy loss functions set for the dynamic measurement system and the n error units of the dynamic measurement system, obtaining the respective accuracy life of the dynamic measurement system and the error units of the dynamic measurement system; 3. utilizing an unhomogeneity definition in the establishment method to obtain the unhomogeneity of the dynamic measurement system; 4. utilizing a total-system dynamic error model to obtain the average accuracy loss speed weight of the n error units; and 5. establishing a life uniform optimization design model of the dynamic measurement system. The optimization design of the uniform accuracy life of the measurement system can be realized, so that each unit in the system can be subjected to accuracy failure in the roughly same time so as to perform the maximum efficiency of resources.
