Abstract

The present invention provides a bending detection method and a bending detection system for a rotating shaft of a magnetic suspension bearing. The bending detection system comprises a first displacement sensor, a second displacement sensor and a processor which is connected with the first displacement sensor and the second displacement sensor, wherein the processor comprises a calculation unit, a first judging unit and a second judging unit; the calculation unit is used for calculating detected central positions of different positions where the rotating shaft stops during the process of rotating for one circle; the first judging unit judges whether the rotating shaft bends according to a changing curve of the central position, if not, then outputs a detection result indicating that the rotating shaft is qualified; and the second judging unit judges whether the difference between a maximum value and a minimal value of the central positions is less than a threshold value, if so, outputs a detection result indicating that the rotating shaft is qualified, and if not, outputs detection result indicating that the rotating shaft is not qualified. Therefore, the user can judge whether to handle the rotating shaft according to the detection result of the rotating shaft, so as to avoid devastating impact on a magnetic suspension bearing system due to too large curvature of the rotating shaft.
