According to the invention, by adopting the addition of characters or patterns printed by using transparent release oil on the transparent PET film located on the surface in a structure and a manufacturing method of a general tag, when the tag is torn off after being adhered, due to the tensioning action of elastic acrylic resin and a pressure-sensitive adhesive, the printing ink layer becomes flexible, so that a chromatic aberration is formed on the surface of the PET film, and then the characters or patterns printed by using transparent release oil in advance can be seen visually, thereby facilitating to determine the problems such as whether the packaging of products is deemed to be opened in advance and the like, and then facilitating to ascertain where the responsibility lies.
