Problems solved by technology

When this high-speed metal flow encounters an obstacle, it will break through the casing, cement sheath, and oil and gas layer rocks to form a hole, and at the same time form a compaction zone with extremely low permeability around the hole, which will greatly reduce the impact of perforated wells. The difference in energy, conventional perforation technology can not eliminate its influence
In addition, if the performance of the perforating charge is poor, it will also form a pestle blockage.

Abstract

The invention relates to a cable perforation device for preliminary fracture forming of shale bed rock. A sleeve is provided with an independent inner cavity and an independent outer cavity from interior to exterior in the radial direction of the sleeve, wherein the inner cavity and the outer cavity are communicated in the axial direction of the sleeve. A liquid charging and discharging valve comprises a valve body and a chemical thermal reaction device. The valve body is provided with an electrode introducing structure and a liquid charging structure for charging liquid into the inner cavity and the outer cavity. The chemical thermal reaction device is connected with the valve body and located in the outer cavity. An energy releasing device comprises an energy releasing body which is provided with a through hole and an energy releasing hole, the through hole is communicated with the inner cavity, an included angle of 30-120 degrees is formed between the energy releasing hole and the axis of the energy releasing device, and the energy releasing hole is communicated with the through hole. An external electrode is used for connecting electricity to the cable perforation device, and an inner electrode is used for introducing external electricity into the chemical thermal reaction device. The cable perforation device is safe and reliable, industrial waste gas CO2 is used for replacing explosives, chemical materials are saved, and the environmental-friendly value is achieved. Corresponding burst pressure can be correspondingly controlled according to different terrain.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a device for creating preliminary fractures in the exploitation of shale gas layers, in particular to a cable perforator for preliminary fracture creation of rocks in shale layers. Background technique [0002] Shale gas refers to unconventional natural gas that occurs in organic-rich mudstone and its interlayers, mainly in the form of adsorption or free, and its main component is methane. In recent years, the United States has made technological breakthroughs in shale gas exploration and development, and its production has grown rapidly, realizing its "natural gas revolution", which has had a major impact on the international natural gas market and the world's energy structure, and has greatly rewritten the world's energy structure. However, shale rocks have the characteristics of compact structure, hardness, and ultra-low permeability, so the development of shale gas is very difficult. [0003] At present, the relatively mat...
