Abstract

The invention relates to a toner containing an aqueous extracting solution of blumea balsamifera DC. The toner consists of the following components in percentage by weight (%): 20-100% of an aqueous extracting solution of blumea balsamifera DC, 0-20 parts of an olive extracting solution and the balance of de-ionized water. Furthermore, the invention also relates to a preparation method of the toner and a preparation method of the aqueous extracting solution of blumea balsamifera DC. The toner, which is completely extracted from plants, is free from any synthetic chemical components such as ethanol, and is free from irritation to skin; and the toner has functions of removing acne, diminishing inflammation, moisturizing, controlling oil, tightening skin, resisting oxidation, delaying aging and the like.
