The invention provides an application device and system for writing taxpayer information automatically and an RFID card. The application device comprises a card processing unit, an automatic logging processing unit and a taxation processing unit, wherein the card processing unit obtains taxpayer information in the peripheral RFID card, and transmits the taxpayer information to the automatic logging processing unit; the automatic logging unit processes the received taxpayer information correspondingly, and generates a taxation service request to the taxation processing unit; and the taxation processing unit sends the taxation service request to an external taxation system, and receives a taxation processing result sent from the taxation system.
