Abstract

The present invention provides an image processing method and an image processing device. The image processing method comprises the steps of: generating a first mask contour line of a processed image according to the color of the processed image; extending pixels in the first mask contour line, so as to determine a contour ribbon area; generating a second mask contour line of the processed image in the contour ribbon area according to colors of pixels of the contour ribbon area; generating blanking colors for pixels in an area surrounded by the second mask contour line of the processed image according to colors and positions of pixels on the second mask contour line of the processed image; and carrying out image processing on the processed image according to the blanking colors for the pixels in the area surrounded by the second mask contour line. The present invention further provides the image processing device. According to the image processing method and the image processing device disclosed by the present invention, signs and characters in the image can be subjected to blanking processing excellently.
