The method comprises the steps of 1, performing equivalent system modeling for a study object; 2, acquiring a mechanics equation of the whole system according to the system model, and performing mass normal transformation so as to decrease the analysis variable quantity; 3, calculating by sections, and comprehensively creating a hysteresis frictional expression of the whole contact-separation movement process of a movement pair; 4, transforming each sub-section to obtain a secondary approximate expression of hysteresis displacement and derivative expressions of hysteresis displacement relative to system displacement; 5, describing a clear frictional force hysteresis characteristics curve line to obtain the hysteresis frictional dissipation energy of the discontinuous movement pair.
