Abstract

The invention discloses a method for enhancing the drug resistance of spiders by utilizing ethanol extracts of agrimonia pilosa. Aiming at the problem that natural enemies, such as spiders, preying on pests, are usually harmfully influenced by pesticides in the natural world, so that the natural pest control function of the spiders on the pests is weakened, the method disclosed by the invention utilizes the ethanol extracts of agrimonia pilosa to treat pardosa pseudoannulata, and the resistance to a pesticide (imidacloprid), of the pardosa pseudoannulata, can be obviously enhanced. According to the technique adopted in the method disclosed by the invention, the natural enemy preying on the pests is targeted, and the ethanol extracts of agrimonia pilosa are utilized to actively enhance the medicament resistance of the pardosa pseudoannulata, so that the pest controlling effect can be improved. The technique not only has an obvious effect on enhancing the medicine resistance of the spiders, but also is high in safety, and the level of preventing and treating pests can be practically improved after the technique is applied.

Description

1. Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of pest biological control, and in particular relates to a method for improving the drug resistance of spiders by using Agrimony extract. 2. Technical Background [0002] Spiders are important predatory natural enemies of pests in farmland ecosystems, and they play an important role in controlling the outbreak of pests and maintaining ecological balance. However, the current emergency prevention and control based on chemical agents not only kills pests, but also kills spiders to a great extent. How to actively improve the tolerance of spiders to chemical agents to give full play to their natural pest control ability is of great significance for improving the level of pollution-free control of pests. However, with regard to the research on spider control of pests, domestic and foreign reports mainly focus on evaluating the impact of chemical agents on spiders, and the control effect of spiders under diffe...
