Problems solved by technology

[0003] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a steel wire guide for femoral shaft fracture bone fragment fixation, which can solve the problem of using steel wires or sutures to close, reduce, and bind the free bone fragments of the femur when it is applied to the fixation of free bone fragments in femoral shaft fractures.

Embodiment Construction

[0037] Such as Figure 1 to Figure 21 As shown, the present invention includes a front knuckle 1, a rear knuckle 2, a handle 3, a drive assembly 5 and a torsion spring 7, and the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0038] Such as Figure 21 , Figure 22 As shown, the front knuckle 1 is a metal piece with thick middle ends and pointed ends. The middle part of the front knuckle is cylindrical, and an inclined plane 11 is arranged on the top of the front knuckle. The setting of the inclined plane makes the top of the front knuckle form a cone shape. Make a rounded corner transition 12 at the intersection of the bevel and the front knuckle. A chute 28 is provided on the inner cavity wall of the front knuckle, and the chute is used for slidingly installing the rack.

[0039] Such as image 3 , Figure 6 As shown, the rear phalanx 2 is a metal piece with two pointed ends and a thick middle. Symmetrical setting, ...

Abstract

A bone-fragment-fixing steel wire guiding device for a femoral shaft fracture relates to minimally invasive internal fixation for a femoral comminuted fracture, and is characterized in that the broken ends of a fractured bone are not cut open and a femur and a free bone fragment are bound and fixed by a steel wire or a suture line. The guiding device comprises a front finger segment and a finger segment chain, wherein the finger segment chain comprises rear finger segments which are hinged together; and a torsional spring is arranged between the front finger segment and the rear finger segments and is used for keeping the front finger segment inclining to the axis of the femur. After a closed intramedullary nail for the femoral comminuted fracture is fixed, a handle is pushed forward under a perspective condition, and the rear finger segments are moved one by one to encircle the femur and the free bone fragment. The front end of the steel wire is pinched with a pair of nucleus pulposus forceps and then pulled to the inner side of the guiding device so that the steel wire can be pulled out of the guiding device; and the suture line can be led out by the steel wire. The steel wire or the suture line is knotted so as to realize closed reduction and binding fixation of the femur and the free bone fragment. The guiding device is convenient to operate; and compared with open reduction, the guiding device can avoid damaging blood supply of the free bone fragment, enables an incision to obviously shrink, omits surgical procedures and shortens the healing time after an operation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of minimally invasive internal fixation of femur comminuted fractures, in particular to a steel wire guide device for closed reduction, binding and fixing of femur and free bone fragments by using steel wires or sutures. Background technique [0002] Due to the rapid development of transportation, construction and other industries, the incidence of femoral shaft comminuted fractures caused by high-energy injuries is very high. Closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nailing is the gold standard for the treatment of such injuries. Comminuted fractures often have relatively large free bone fragments, and the reduction and fixation of free bone fragments are still very challenging problems. Large free bone fragments far away from the femoral shaft not only make the postoperative image unsightly, but also prolong the healing time; open reduction and fixation will not only destroy the blood supply of the...
