Abstract

The implementation mode of the invention provides a method and a device for measuring the secondary data of a trans-provincial or trans-regional electric network. The method comprises the following steps of receiving the primary data of the trans-provincial or trans-regional electric network, and storing the primary data into a database; judging the mode type of the electric network; when the electric network is in a direct-current mode, reading the corresponding primary data from the database, subtracting a sending-end on-grid electrical-power attribute benchmarking value, electric-network line-loss data and electrical-power attribute balance-compensating data from a falling-end off-grid electrical-power attribute benchmarking value, and then being multiplied by transmission electric-quantity data; when the electric network is in an alternating-current mode, reading the corresponding primary data from the database, multiplying falling-end off-grid electric-quantity data by the falling-end off-grid electrical-power attribute benchmarking value, multiplying sending-end electric-quantity data by the sending-end on-grid electrical-power attribute benchmarking value, summarizing the difference of two products by grid-connected provinces and regions in the alternating-current mode, and subtracting the electric-network line-loss data from the summarized data; using a final result as the secondary data of the trans-provincial or trans-regional electric network. According to the implementation mode of the invention, the secondary data of the trans-provincial or trans-regional electric network can be effectively measured.

Description

technical field [0001] The embodiments of the present invention relate to the technical field of power grids, in particular to a method and device for measuring secondary data of a cross-provincial power grid. Background technique [0002] This section is intended to provide a background or context for implementations of the invention that are recited in the claims. The descriptions herein are not admitted to be prior art by inclusion in this section. [0003] In recent years, with the adjustment and improvement of the national energy strategy structure, there have been trans-provincial power grid projects and the establishment of trans-provincial power grids. The power production and power transmission destinations of the inter-provincial power grid are located in different provinces and regions. This model is conducive to solving the energy supply problem in local areas, can relieve the power transmission bottleneck that restricts the development of new energy, and reduce...
