When the device is in use, the pontoons are partially submerged under a liquid level, and the other parts of the pontoons are above the liquid level, the lifting of a submersible sewage pump is controlled by remotely controlling the electric lifting device, and the horizontal movement of a pump body can be realized by moving the whole device, and the pump body can rise above the water level to maintain when the submersible sewage pump is unnecessary to operate. The device is simple in structure and safe and reliable in operation process, can be manufactured by using waste at a construction site, and has energy-saving and environment-friendly effects.
