The propeller dynamic tension and torque duplex measuring device comprises a drive motor, a propeller, a bottom plate and a bearing seat. The propeller is provided with a spindle. The end, far from the propeller, of the spindle penetrates through the bearing seat and is in coaxial transmission connection with an output shaft of the drive motor through a dynamic torque sensor. The dynamic torque sensor is fixedly connected with the bottom plate. The bearing seat is provided with a tension and pressure senor.
