The support 2 comprises a lower support pipe 21, an upper support pipe 22, an upper connecting piece 23, lock screws 24 and a lower connecting piece 25. The base comprises a counter weight 11, a control module 12, a lower cover plate 13 and a rapid connector 14. The rapid connector is connected with the oxygen outlet shade 34 through the oxygen pipe 4.
