Embodiment Construction

[0025] see figure 1 , an RFID traceability system, the vegetable supply chain, like most agricultural product supply chains, also includes 5 links of production, processing, warehousing, transportation and sales. The key to improving the efficiency of the fresh vegetable supply chain is how to coordinate the 5 links and how to improve Efficiency of each link.

[0026] It can be seen from the vegetable supply chain as a whole, through data. Consumers and relevant authorities can also inquire and trace through communication networks and terminals. Using RFID technology, the information of each link in the entire supply chain can be easily read into the public database, and each link can also be easily added to the corresponding link.

[0027] Production processes

[0028] The production link mainly refers to the relatively large-scale and standardized vegetable planting bases. Because such production bases generally implement large-scale planting and intensive operation, they...

Abstract

The invention discloses an RFID tracebility system, comprising information input devices respectively disposed in production, processing, storage, transportation, and sales sections. Each information input device is connected with a remote access server, an application processing server, and a data server through the Internet and firewall in sequence. The system also comprises a hand-held terminal inquiry machine which is connected with the application processing server in a wireless manner. The system integrates an RFID technology, a barcode technology, and a wireless transmission technology, and combines RFID reader-writers, RFID hand-held POS terminals, IC cards, electronic scales, and other products. Each link of circulation and transaction of agricultural products from production plants to wholesale markets and then to shopkeepers is acquired and recorded in real time. Food sources can be traced at any time through RFID electronic tags or barcodes, so as to inquire historical conditions about food planting, production, processing, transportation, and the like. The system can trace food in each link of vegetable transaction and wholesale.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of traceability of food or vegetables, in particular to a traceability system using RFID technology. Background technique [0002] Vegetable products need to go through a long chain from "field to table", in which the production and circulation of vegetable products occupies an important position in this chain, including the supply of agricultural inputs, the production of primary vegetable products, and the production of vegetable products. Processing and circulation of vegetable products all the way to the sale of vegetable products. If vegetable products are polluted in any part of the process, it will cause vegetable products to be unsafe and cause unfavorable factors to human health. [0003] Several links that cause vegetable safety problems: [0004] (1) Production link [0005] The factors that cause production links include production environment, agricultural inputs and production management fact...
