Abstract

The invention discloses a convergent charging method of integrated services under convergent networks and a rule engine device. The method includes the steps that charging parameters of the integrated services under all the convergent networks on an application layer are set by a setting module in advance according to a charging rule; the received integrated services are charged by a charging module according to the charging parameters, and the actual expenses of the integrated services are obtained. According to the convergent charging method, services can be bound across the networks of telecom operators, broadcast television operators, E-business operators and other operators according to the preset charging parameters of the integrated services under the convergent networks, and particularly, digital household services can be charged across the networks. Moreover, the calculation method is easy and convenient to perform, and development of the integrated services under the convergent networks is promoted to a certain extent.
