According to the heart rate analysis method and device based on the electrocardiogram, every two scattered points adjacent in time in the heart rate scatter diagram are connected to acquire the multiple vectors, the fence diagram of the vectors is drawn according to the time sequence of the vectors, the corresponding relation between heart rates and time points can be clearly reflected in the fence diagram, and then a doctor can clearly and visually see time points of diseases according to the fence diagram of the vectors in the diagnosis process of arrhythmia and other diseases.
