Embodiment Construction

[0014] exist figure 1 A functional schematic diagram of the cabin door flight lock system according to the present invention is shown in . It can be seen from the figure that the cabin door flight lock system includes a logic processing and control unit 9 , a flight lock logic unit 4 and an actuating mechanism 16 . Wherein, the logical processing and control unit 9 includes a wheel-mounted bus signal judging device 5, an airspeed bus signal judging device 6, a cabin door closing judging device 7, and a power-on logic judging device 8, and the logic processing and control unit 9 receives the wheel-borne bus Signal 1, airspeed bus signal 2, door close sensor signal 3 and outputs the first door lock signal. And wherein, the flight lock logic unit 4 includes a logic judging device 13, the flight lock logic unit 4 receives the first cabin door lock signal and the wheel-loaded hard wire signal 10 and outputs the second cabin door lock signal; and wherein the actuating mechanism 16 ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a cabin door flight lock system for aircrafts. The system comprises a logical processing and controlling unit and a flight lock logical unit, wherein the logical processing and controlling unit generates first cabin door lock signals according to wheel load bus signals, airspeed bus signals and cabin door closing sensor signals; the flight lock logical unit generates second cabin door lock signals according to the first cabin door lock signals and wheel load hardwire signals so as to instruct a cabin door of an aircraft to be set as a locking state or an unlocking state. According to the cabin door flight lock system disclosed by the invention, the cabin door can be prevented from being opened due to misoperation in a flying process of the aircraft while meeting the requirements of normal opening and emergency evacuation of the cabin door; in the meantime, the single point failure can be avoided through the design of the control structure of the cabin door flight lock system, so that the airworthiness clause requirement can be fully met and the safety of the aircraft is guaranteed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of aircraft safety, in particular, the invention relates to a cabin door flight lock system for an aircraft. Background technique [0002] After experiencing two cargo door accidents in the 1990s, the FAA issued the FAR25-114 amendment in 2004, which put forward very strict requirements for the safety standards of the cabin door. According to the requirements of the latest regulations, during the design of the doors of aircraft, there must be measures to prevent each door from being opened inadvertently in flight. At the same time, if these precautions include the use of auxiliary devices, these devices and their control systems must be designed to: [0003] (1) A single point of failure does not prevent multiple exits from being opened; and [0004] (2) Failures that prevent exit opening after landing are unlikely. [0005] Here, a single point of failure refers to the failure of a single sensing device or control...
