Embodiment Construction

[0026] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0027] Such as image 3 As shown, a new type of vehicle driver mistakenly stepped on the accelerator detection device, including a near-infrared spectrum blood oxygen monitor probe 1, a near-infrared spectrum blood oxygen monitor 2, an acceleration sensor 3, a data processing system 4, an accelerator pedal 5 and a steering wheel 6 . Among them, the probe 1 of the near-infrared spectrum blood oxygen monitor is embedded and installed on the most frequently held part of the driver's right hand on the steering wheel, and is connected with the near-infrared spectrum blood oxygen monitor 2 placed in the car. The near-infrared spectrum blood oxygen monitor 2 transmits the blood oxygen data to the data processing system 4 . The acceleration sensor 3 is installed below the gas pedal 5 . During work, the acceleration sensor transmits the acceleration value of ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting whether an automobile driver steps on an accelerator by error or not. A near infrared spectrum blood oxygen monitor probe is installed and connected with a near infrared spectrum blood oxygen monitor through a data line; an acceleration sensor connected with a data processing system is installed; a pre-judgment threshold value and an error-stepping judgment threshold value are set; the pre-judgment threshold value and the error-stepping judgment threshold value are input into the data processing system; the blood oxygen saturation degree of the driver is measured every other minute, the heart rate of the driver is obtained through wavelet conversion and analysis of the data processing system, and the obtained heart rate is compared with the pre-judgment threshold value; if the instant heart rate measured for continuous fifteen times is larger than the pre-judgment threshold value, it is judged that the driver is nervous, and error stepping danger exists; the acceleration sensor starts to work, the acceleration value of an accelerator pedal is measured in real time, the instant acceleration value is compared with the error-stepping judgment threshold value by the data processing system, and it is judged that the accelerator pedal is stepped on by error if the instant acceleration value is larger than the error-stepping judgment threshold value. The invention further discloses a detection device used in the method.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a detection method and a detection device for automobile running safety, in particular to a detection method and a detection device for an automobile driver who steps on the gas pedal by mistake. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of my country's economy, more and more cars have entered ordinary families. At the same time, the rate of traffic accidents in our country remains high. Among many traffic accidents, the accidents caused by the driver stepping on the accelerator pedal by mistake account for a certain proportion. Because the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal of the car are controlled by the driver with the right foot, many novice drivers tend to be overly nervous when driving due to lack of driving experience. In an emergency, they may mistake the accelerator pedal for the brake due to panic. The pedal is stepped on, so that the car does not stop but accelerates forward, causing a serious tra...
