The method comprises the steps that 1, a user covers the camera with a finger, and the camera continuously acquires images; 2, gray information in each frame of image is extracted, the gray information of every frame of image is accumulated for serving as the overall gray value of every frame of image, and the overall gray values of the continuous image form a blood gray change waveform; 3, preprocessing, baseline drift removing and smooth denoising are carried out on the waveform; 4, peak values of the waveform are extracted, and the number of frames between every two adjacent peak values is determined for calculating the real-time heart rate; 5, the extracted waveform signal is zoomed for simulating a dynamic electrocardiogram.
