Embodiment Construction

[0020] In order to make the object, technical solution and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described here are only used to explain the present invention, not to limit the present invention.

[0021] figure 1 The flow chart of the antenna potential response test method of the Asian corn borer female moth to the volatile substances of corn plants is shown. The potential response test method includes the following steps:

[0022] S101: Asian corn borer is reared with artificial feed in an artificial climate chamber, and reproduced continuously for multiple generations. On the day of adult emergence, place male and female insects in a ratio of not less than 2:1 (at least 5 females) in a pitcher cage for free mating , and fed with 10% honey water to supplement nutrition, and the female mot...

Abstract

The invention discloses an electroantennogram reaction test method of corn borer female silkworm to corn plant volatile substances. The method comprises the steps of feeding asiatic corn borer by an artificial feed in an artificial climatic box, continuously breeding multiple generation, at the day when adults are subjected to eclosion, freely copulating the male worm and the female worm in a breeding cage according to the proportion which is not less than 2:1, feeding 10% hydromel to supply nourishment, and taking the female silkworms which copulate after 3 days as a experimental worm resource for test; selecting 20 kinds of corn volatile substance standard chemical compounds, dissolving each sample into liquid paraffin, adequately mixing in a vortex mixer, and preparing 5*10<-4>g / ml of solution for EAG test; and carrying out electroantennogram test on the worm resource for test. The method shows that the corn borer has different EAC reaction values to the different volatile matter components of the corn, and illustrates that the osmoceptor of the asiatic corn borer has different sensibility and selectivity to the smell from the host habitat, so that the basis for researching the oviposition attractant or repellent of the asiatic corn borer can be provided, and the novel pest control means can be explored.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biological research, and in particular relates to an antenna potential response test method of corn plant volatile substances by female Asian corn borer moths. Background technique [0002] Asian corn borer is an important agricultural pest. It occurs widely in my country and Southeast Asian countries. Its host range is very wide, with as many as 69 species of host plants. In a major occurrence year, it can reduce corn yield by more than 30%. Due to the characteristics of the insect-boring hazard, it is difficult to achieve good results with conventional control methods. Therefore, it is necessary to explore new control methods. Contents of the invention [0003] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a test method for the antennal potential response of the female moth of the Asian corn borer to the volatile substances of the corn plant, to provide a basis for the development of an oviposition attract...
