Embodiment Construction

[0025] The principle of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0026] see figure 1 , the motion artifact removal method of the present invention comprises the following four steps:

[0027] Step 1: Calculate the moving standard deviation (MSD) of the NIRS signal, automatically select the threshold and mark the motion artifact area of the original signal;

[0028] Specifically: Calculate the moving standard deviation (MSD) of the NIRS signal x(i) with length N according to formula (1), expressed by s(i):

[0029] S ( i ) = 1 2 k + 1 [ Σ j = - k k x ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for automatically removing movement artifacts of near-infrared spectral signals. The method includes steps of firstly, computing movement standard deviation of the near-infrared spectral signals, automatically selecting threshold values and marking movement artifact regions of original signals; secondly, decomposing empirical modes of the near-infrared spectral signals to obtain intrinsic mode functions with clear physiological significances; thirdly, computing suspected movement artifact regions of each intrinsic mode function, combining the suspected movement artifact regions with the movement artifact regions, which are obtained in the first step, of the original signals, processing the different intrinsic mode functions and removing the movement artifacts; fourthly, reconstructing the signals. The method has the advantages that the threshold values are automatically selected according to probability distribution features of the near-infrared spectral signals, and intervals containing the movement artifacts are automatically detected according to the probability distribution features of the near-infrared spectral signals; the empirical modes of the near-infrared spectral signals are decomposed, accordingly, the intrinsic mode functions with the clear physiological significances can be obtained, obviously abnormal intrinsic mode functions can be processed, and the movement artifacts can be removed while physiological information in the NIRS (near-infrared spectral) signals can be effectively reserved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of medical technology, in particular to a method for automatically removing motion artifacts of near-infrared spectrum signals. Background technique [0002] Near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) can non-destructively detect changes in the concentration of oxygenated hemoglobin and deoxygenated hemoglobin in brain tissue, and is an effective means to measure the hemodynamic information and metabolic status of the brain. Compared with other brain function measurement equipment such as positron emission tomography (PET) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), NIRS has outstanding advantages such as comfort, safety, simple operation, and low cost, making it an ideal choice for continuous monitoring of brain blood. Excellent choice for kinetic situations. In particular, the measurement of arterial oxygen saturation by near-infrared spectroscopy has been widely used clinically. NIRS measurement is sensitive to the contact betw...
