Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic ultrafiltration system which comprises a diaphragm pump, an ultrafiltration membrane module and a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) controller. The ultrafiltration membrane module is provided with a liquid inlet, a liquid outlet and a liquid return port; a first pressure sensor is connected between the outlet end of the diaphragm pump and the liquid inlet of the ultrafiltration membrane module; the liquid return port of the ultrafiltration membrane module is connected with a second pressure sensor; the second pressure sensor is connected with a shutoff valve; the liquid outlet of the ultrafiltration membrane module is connected with a third pressure sensor; the first pressure sensor, the second pressure sensor, the third pressure sensor and the shutoff valve are respectively connected with the PLC controller. The invention also discloses a method for implementing ultrafiltration under a constant transmembrane pressure by utilizing the automatic ultrafiltration system. The ultrafiltration system implements continuous operation under the constant transmembrane pressure and at constant flow, obtains the most reasonable ultrafiltration conditions, implements the continuous ultrafiltration process and improves ultrafiltration efficiency. Compared with the ultrafiltration efficiency of an existing ultrafiltration system, the ultrafiltration efficiency of the automatic ultrafiltration system can be improved by 30 to 50 percent.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an ultrafiltration system, in particular to an automatic ultrafiltration system and an ultrafiltration method of the system under constant transmembrane pressure. Background technique [0002] Ultrafiltration is a membrane separation process that uses sieving as the separation principle and pressure as the driving force. The filtration accuracy is in the range of 0.005-0.01 μm, which can effectively remove particles, colloids, bacteria, heat sources and high-molecular organic substances in water. It can be widely used in the separation, concentration and purification of substances. The current ultrafiltration system cannot automatically adjust the transmembrane pressure and flow, and cannot achieve the most reasonable ultrafiltration conditions. The membrane permeability and sample yield are low, and the ultrafiltration efficiency is low. Contents of the invention [0003] In order to solve the above technical problems, the ...
