Abstract

The method comprises the steps that a reference time point for analysis of a response of the electric power requirement is determined; a time frame containing the reference time point serves as a terminal point and power use data of a power use terminal in a preset period before the time frame containing the reference time point are collected, wherein the preset period comprises a plurality of equal basic time frames and the length of each basic time frame is equal to that of the time frame containing the reference time point; power use data at the moment, the same as the reference time point, in each basic time frame are counted respectively, and the corresponding power use data at the same moment of each basic time frame are calculated, so that a base line load of the power use terminal is obtained; power use of the power use terminal is controlled through the base line load. The invention further discloses a device for responding the electric power requirement.
