The anti-cheating system comprises an irradiance sensor and a comparison unit, wherein the irradiance sensor is connected to the comparison unit and used for measuring irradiation intensity of light on a photovoltaic plate and sending a light irradiation intensity value obtained after the measured light irradiation intensity is digitized to the comparison unit; and the comparison unit is connected to the irradiance sensor, determines a power generation power value and a generating capacity estimated value of a photovoltaic power generation according to the light irradiation intensity, compares the generating capacity estimated value with an actual electric quantity metered by a meter, and outputs a comparison result.
