The method includes the following steps: (1) arranging an insulating layer at the position, relative to the positions of various illuminated-face electrodes, on the backlight face of the back-contact solar battery to be calibrated, (2) adopting a first-grade calibrating sheet, calibrated by a professional institute, of a conventional solar battery, enabling illuminated-face electrode test probes and backlight-face electrode test probes to be contacted with illuminated-face electrodes and backlight-face electrodes of the first-grade calibrating sheet respectively, enabling the measured value of the first-grade calibrating sheet and a calibrated value to be consistent by correcting software parameters of a test platform, (3) enabling the illuminated-face electrode test probes and the backlight-face electrode test probes to be contacted with the illuminated face electrodes and backlight face electrodes of the back-contact solar battery to be calibrated respectively, and considering the measured value as the calibrated value. The method, based on the first-grade calibrating sheet of the conventional solar battery, developed for calibrating the photoelectric voltage current characteristic parameters of the back-contact solar battery is developed, and calibration on different types of solar batteries is achieved.
