The method comprises the steps of calling a user control dynamic library to load a Csharp editor for the industrial configuration software, wherein the user control dynamic library is programmed by adopting a C++ / CLR (common language runtime) language; intercepting the user operation received by the industrial configuration software, and transmitting the user operation to the Csharp editor through the user control dynamic library; adopting a Csharp language to program secondary development codes in the Csharp editor; compiling the secondary development codes and generating a corresponding dynamic library file; and calling a .Net operation library for the industrial configuration software so as to execute the dynamic library file. The expandability of the industrial configuration software is improved through utilizing the method.
