Benefits of technology

This patented describes how two separate parts called a primary part and secondary part form an electric magnetic field stealth apparatus. These components have specific properties such as their ability to control the path of the charged particles passing therethrough without being affected or affecting anything else around them. By controlling these characteristics along certain directions, this design allows for more effective reflection of invisible signals like laser lights while still allowing usable frequencies from infrared rays to pass through. Overall, this new structure improves the efficiency and safety of electronic systems used during communication.

Problems solved by technology

Technological Problem addressed in this patents relates to improving the performance of electronic systems while reducing interference between them caused by unwanted signals called noise. Existing techniques like absorption reflection, transmission line shieldings, and reflective surfaces require complex designs involving multiple layers and may introduce distortion into images captured by imagery sensors. Additionally, current stealth technologies use metallic patterns made up of conductor elements arranged along lines within a matrix structure, making them challenges to manufacture.

Embodiment Construction

[0057] Electromagnetic wave refers to a wave that transmits energy and momentum in the form of periodic fluctuations in space by electric and magnetic fields that oscillate in phase and are perpendicular to each other. Classified according to frequency, from low frequency to high frequency, electromagnetic waves include radio waves, microwaves, infrared rays, visible light, ultraviolet light, X-rays and gamma rays, etc. The wavelength of electromagnetic waves acceptable to the human eye is about 380 to 780 nanometers. , called visible light. Electromagnetic waves travel at different speeds in different media. When comparing the two mediums, the medium with a higher electromagnetic wave propagation velocity has a lower refractive index, and the medium with a lower electromagnetic wave propagation velocity has a higher refractive index. The fluid referred to in the present invention is a general term for liquid and gas.

Abstract

The invention discloses a column-shaped electromagnetic wave stealth device with four-direction stealth effects. The column-shaped electromagnetic wave stealth device with the four-direction stealth effects comprises four first medium units and four second medium units, wherein the first medium units and the second medium units are isotropic and are transparent relative to incident electromagnetic waves, the refractive index of each first medium unit is larger than the refractive index of each second medium unit, the first medium units are column bodies, the cross sections of the column bodies are of isosceles triangle shapes, the second medium units are column bodies, and the cross sections of the column bodies are of isosceles triangle shapes or isosceles trapezoid shapes. Each second medium unit is arranged between every two adjacent first medium unit, adjacent second side walls are opposite to first side walls, and all third side walls face a stealth area. When the cross sections of the second medium units are of the isosceles triangle shapes, all fourth side walls face background media. When the cross sections of the second medium units are of the isosceles trapezoid shapes, all sixth side walls face the ground media and all seventh side walls face the stealth area. The column-shaped electromagnetic wave stealth device has the stealth effects of four directions, is insensitive to the polarization direction of the electromagnetic waves, and is suitable for a whole electromagnetic wave section.
