The system comprises a snoring sound analysis module, a real-time intervention module and an information feedback module. The method of monitoring and prevention and treatment comprises the following steps that: (1) building a severe snoring sound signal bank and a mild snoring sound signal bank, preprocessing snoring sound signals to extract feature vectors, and training server and mild GMM modules, (2) recording snoring signals of a user in a phone client in real time to process the snoring signals, and carrying out real-time four-dimensional feature vector series extraction on processed snoring signals in a special time window, (3) matching real-time four-dimensional feature vector series with the mild and server snoring sound GMM modules, and regarding one type with the maximum likelihood as an identification result, (4) calculating the maximum snoring sound interval time in a current time window if snoring degree is judged to be server, (5) utilizing outside simulation to prevent the user from snoring if the maximum snoring sound interval time exceeds 10 seconds.
