Problems solved by technology

[0009] The known linear machines have the disadvantage of low throughput, due to the difficulty of changing the format of the container, the spout and the removable cap, also due to the time the bag stays at the filling station - said time is The time required to perform all of the above operations

Embodiment Construction

[0036] These illustrations relate to a bag supply device 1 with an upwardly directed spout 21 .

[0037] A positioning device 3 is located near one side of the device 1 and comprises an arm 31 provided at one end with a clamp 32, said arm being in a first position and a second position ( figure 2 ), wherein in the first position the grippers are above the spout 21 of the arriving bag and in the second position the bag is in the support plane of the first station superior.

[0038] The clamp 32 is pneumatically driven, and the driving device is not shown in the figure, and it also has claws, and the claws are set to be able to open 180° to avoid hindering the release action of the material port 21 .

[0039] Movement of the arm is powered by a brushless stepper motor.

[0040] The carousel 4 turns towards the downstream of the positioning device.

[0041] Carousel 4 includes ( Figure 5, 6 ) a fifth wheel 41 whose fixed ring is firmly constrained on the base 42 and whose m...

Abstract

An aseptic filling machine of envelope-type bags provided with a filling mouth closed by a removable cap located on a side of the envelope, comprising supply means of empty bags, means for distancing the full bags, a carousel device equipped with a rotating platform having continuous motion on which at least two filling stations are located, which are circumferentially equidistant and which each comprise a rest plane for the bag, and a filling group; a feeder and positioning device of the empty bag in a first filling station; a distancing device of the full bags from the filling station immediately upstream of the first station; each filling group comprising a sterile chamber; means for raising the mouth of the empty bag lying on the support plane internally of the sterile chamber; means for placing the chamber in slight overpressure; means for removing the cap from the mouth and positioning it by a side of the mouth, and vice versa; and a dispenser-batcher device that is vertically slidable and suitable for engaging with the mouth.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the filling of aseptic containers with liquid or semi-viscous food products such as fruit juice or tomato paste. Background technique [0002] Said container is a bag made of synthetic material, having a rectangular or square shape, consisting of two sheets welded along their edges. [0003] One of the two sheets includes, near the smaller side thereof, preferably on the longitudinal axis of said bag, a filling opening closed by a removable cap. [0004] Hereinafter, the terms container and bag will be used interchangeably. [0005] The containers are filled in a linear machine comprising, in addition to the bag advance line, an aseptic chamber, preferably parallelepiped, but possibly cylindrical, the opening of which is arranged in bottom and through the opening in the lower wall of the sterile chamber. [0006] The aseptic chamber includes means for supporting the spout in the chamber and returning it to the advanc...
