The technical scheme of the driving behavior control system includes that data collected by a car sensor, an electronic map device and a global positioning system (GPS) device are stored into a car safety black box device; a car driving state judging device reads the collected data from the car black box device, judges out the driving state of the car by combining prestored feature data of car driving state models, and obtains a result that whether the car is currently in the dangerous driving state or not by further combining prestored indexes of the dangerous driving state; and actions which restrict the driving behavior are done according to the judgment.
