Abstract

The invention relates to a device and a method for polarization detection of crop water stress. The device comprises a computer, a control module, a data acquisition card, a near-infrared polarization hyper spectral imaging sensor, a halogen light source, an electrical control light source rocker arm, an electrical control detection rocker arm, an electrical control rotary sample table and an instrument rack, wherein the computer drives the electrical control light source rocker arm, the electrical control detection rocker arm and the electrical control rotary sample table to ensure that the halogen light source, the near-infrared polarization hyper spectral imaging sensor and a sample to-be-detected are positioned in detection positions. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring near-infrared polarization hyper spectral data cube of a crop leaf; extracting the optimal wavelength of crop leaf water content; acquiring combined characteristic variables such as polarization degree distribution, reflection strength distribution, stocks parameters, texture, and gray average for crop water content detection; and establishing a crop water content detection mold. Compared with the conventional method, the method has the advantage that intensity distribution, polarization and hyper spectral imaging multidimensional optical information can be acquired synchronously, so as to realize accurate quantitative analysis of crop water stress.
