Abstract

The composite filler includes a first filler layer and a second filler layer above the first filler layer, wherein the first filler layer is made of a porous material; and the second filler layer is made from 60%-80% of fully fermented compost, 10%-30% of wood dust or straws and 5%-10% of zeolite or porous ceramsite according to percent by volume, which are uniformly mixed. The composite filler can completely decompose malodorous gas generated by the closed compost, and is placed in the biological filter for deodorization according to the following steps of: aerating a closed compost reactor by a blower, fermenting in the closed compost reactor, introducing the gas generated during the fermentation into the biological filter via a gas inlet through a pipeline, performing biological deodorization on the gas by the composite filler, and discharging the gas from the top of the biological filter. According to the invention, the deodorization effect is good, air is not required to be introduced additionally, and a humidifying device is not needed, so that the running cost is low, and the popularization of a compost technology is facilitated.
