The emergency power supply device comprises a power supply input port connected with a power supply grid, a power supply output port connected with a lift group, a first power supply line, a battery, an inverter, a second power supply line and a measurement and control circuit, wherein the first power supply line is arranged between the power supply input port and the power supply output port and provided with a first switch; the second power supply line is arranged between the inverter and the power supply output port, used for transmitting three-phase alternating voltage output by the inverter in a sine wave mode and provided with a second switch; and the measurement and control circuit is connected with the power supply input port, the first switch, the inverter and a control circuit of the second switch, and is used for determining the power supply state of the power supply grid by detecting the power supply condition of the power supply input port and switching the first power supply line and the second power supply line by controlling turn-on and turn-off of the first switch and the second switch according to the power supply state.
